Pinocchio mi ha sempre accompagnato. È stato il primo libro che mi sono comprato con i miei soldi e il primo “romanzo grafico” che ho letto, nella versione illustrata da Jacovitti.
È la che mi sono reso conto che da grande avrei voluto disegnare, e vivere ribelle. Io sono Pinocchio.
Deux Pinocchio que j’ai dessinés il y a de nombreuses années, environ 40. Pinocchio m’a toujours accompagné. C’est le premier livre que je me suis acheté avec mon argent et le premier « roman graphique » que j’ai lu, dans la version illustrée par Jacovitti. C’est là que j’ai pris conscience que, quand je serais grand, je voudrais dessiner et mener une vie de rebelle. Je suis Pinocchio.
Two Pinocchios that I drew many years ago – about 40. Pinocchio has always been with me. It was the first book I bought with my own money and the first ‘graphic novel’ I read, in the version illustrated by Jacovitti. That’s when I realised that when I grew up, I wanted to draw and live a rebellious life. I am Pinocchio.
